Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings.Responsibility for the implementation of preventive maintenance on various factory machinery.Assist in preparing preventative maintenance plans and work orders.Implementing pre-determined maintenance plans and preparing work orders accordingly through forming work groups.Monitors spare parts release from warehouses via SAP system.Responsible for preparing manpower allocation plan in different work shifts and assigning work orders according to the business need.Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes with the assistance of PM notifications and orders on SAP system.Supervise the implementation of the new factory projects (installing new machines, installing new transformers, etc…) and preparing work plans with the assistance of the suppliers and the involved parties.Conduct different training programs for electrical technicians to reach their optimum performance.Implement new modifications on the production lines according to the needs of the production team.
