Description

The Director - CRM & Data will lead the process of gather customer data, and provide insights and analytics on this data. He/she will be responsible for:
Identifying and implementing an appropriate CRM system that will fulfil the needs to the businessEstablishing policies and procedures on how to gather and interpret customer dataHarnessing data from various platforms such as web and mobileCreating a framework on how the data will be interpreted (research/analytics/insights)Management reportsContributing to Marketing team budget preparationBuilding/managing a team which will be responsible for CRM & Data Analytics


Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:
A Bachelor's degreeAt least 10+ years of experience in Customer Data & AnalyticsExperience in building teams and implementing CRM systems from scratchExperience in, and a passion for, the Entertainment/Leisure industryThe ability to work successfully in a start-up environment with little support/structureThe ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and educate them on the value/intricacies of CRM & Data Analytics if requiredThe expert and go-to person on all things related to CRM & Data within the business
