Maintain customer relations by sending Happy birthday SMS to customers daily.Received calls on the hotline and customer inquiries and reply to telephone follow any department, not just sales departmentsSupport Clients by all the information needed and guide them to the business developer who can technically support them Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Resolving any problems and requests of customers daily.Send the hotline and visits daily report.Responsible for booking to customers and filling in all the papers and data required when booking.Follow-up collections with clients (all amounts owed by the customer)Greeting and guiding guests and clients. Maintains clients' records by updating clients’ information.
