▪       Collaborate with product development, operations, and product management to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of the product▪       Develop training content – handouts and outlines▪       Tailor training content based on trainee’s specific needs▪       Contribute to team planning for both training and development schedules▪       Deliver training programs / modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule▪       Adopt motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning and employee retention.▪       Conduct class- based training, on the job training, virtual training and train-the-trainer programs.▪       Support development of e-learning solutions▪       Ensure new training methodologies are incorporated into training approach used▪       Ability of be mobile to travel to different destinations for extended time period.▪       Assume other duties as required by line management
