If you have these great qualities, we want to meet you!Responsibilities:● Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner● Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team● Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral● Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality● Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values● Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements● Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes● Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
