Job Summary:Analytics Lead will be heading the Analytics department at the company, and will have full responsibility for our customer data to drive insight-based decisions with the commercial and technical teams in order to constantly enhance the experience of our customers, the performance of our product and the results of our business. Selecting, developing and implementing the required analytics tools needed to have full understanding and visibility of our customer behavior and our app performance.Hiring and Leading the required caliber to carry out all the activities and work on required tools.Taking ownership of data analysis activities and working closely with the commercial and technical teams to translate requirements into data-driven applications and data visualization solutions (e.g. reporting and dashboards).Acquiring data from primary and secondary data sources (such as the mobile app, Facebook analytics, Google analytics, website, etc.) and feeding into the database and data systems as needed for better visibility and understanding of our customers.Interpreting data, analyzing results, providing insights and proposing solutions to enhance the business using statistical techniques and reports.Providing the management team across the various functions with the insights and information needed to deliver better performance in the form of reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Work closely with the management team to prioritize business and information needs.
