• This position needs to build and develop new relationships by e-commerce related companies and ultimately selling our Global Products and Services to increase profitability and market share in e-commerce business. This position also requires executing sales strategies to secure business deals.
• Participate in dialogue with the customer when appropriate, and seek guidance
• Create customer action files and follow-up with the customer and Customer service team as necessary
• Analyze content via social media for brand sentiment, relevance, influence and frequency
• Monitor and record discussion trends in order to identify opportunities to provide a better product and service to our customer both online and offline.
• Perform any other duties as designated by the Line Manager

Skills

• Must display in-depth knowledge of all Social Media platforms ( Facebook, Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, ect ) and how each platform can be deployed in different occasions or scenarios.
• Maintain a working knowledge of SEO including keyword research.
• Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, verbal and video format.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must be highly motivated and results driven.
• Must have knowledge of competitive markets.
