Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure that the recruitment and hiring process is in line with the man power plan.Recruit white collars for Managerial level .Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.Assist in the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews and sending offer letter to the accepted candidates.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.Participate in job fairs.Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate.Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Develop all needed OD reports to be submitted to the direct manager.Develop and prepare various policies and procedures for food & beverage company departments in line with department heads and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.Set the organization communication programs and manage it to ensure effective communication and retention purpose are met.Set and manage the motivation system to ensure effective work operations.Assist performance management activities in terms of attending different training courses, evaluating the trainer …etc and also in the performance appraisal awareness sessions, analyzing results...etc.Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
