Purpose of the JobThe HRSS Services Specialist is responsible for creating a positive experience to all our customers by supporting our local HR team with all transactional processes. Job Responsibilities Effectively process HR service requests and transactions related to one or more HR specialties with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures.Ensure adherence to service standards/metrics for all offerings and ensuring all service standards are met. Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve the existing overall HR Shared Services function.Collect and analyze data from multiple sources as requiredCommunicate effectively with multiple functions to ensure awareness of process updates/changes at all times.
