Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description,posting ads and managing the hiring process.Assist in performance management processes.Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO date etc.) according policy and legal requirement.Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.Calculate employee salary, social insurance, tax, manage employee insurance.Other tasks the the supervisor.
