Builderia is paving the way to developing the first intelligent buildings in Egypt.The candidate will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, and financial strategic planning.Main Job Duties:Responsible for all aspects of finance functions by providing timely and accurate financial models, analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecastsManage processes for monitoring cash flow, financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation, as well as reporting to Finance Director/executive teamEvaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new strategies, financial needs and regulatory actionStudy new investment opportunities and investigate fundraising activitiesAdvise executive team on the financial implications of business activitiesProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunitiesLiaise with external & internal mandatesBuild relationships with banks and evaluate different funding sourcesPerform investment analysis & set key performance indicators and presenting financial reports to the executive team
