Review the Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start-up procedures developed by Vendors, Contractor, and Sub-contractors.Prepare System based Commissioning sequences and handover schedule in consultation with Client Operations team.Coordinating with Contractor Commissioning team and Client Operations team to ensure safe and smooth execution of planned activities.Participate in development of task risk evaluation/assessments and help Ccontractor to obtain Permit to Work from Client Operations team.Perform the conformity checks on multi-discipline Systems and Subsystems and generate punch lists.Witness and approve flushing/blowing, Pigging, Leak Testing and purging activities on Process and Utilities Systems.Participate in logic validation checks and test runs of rotating equipmentExecute the Commissioning activities on hydrocarbon systems in coordination with Client Operations teamSupport control room operations during the Commissioning, Start-up and Performance TestingOverall responsibility and ownership for Safety, Quality, and Schedule of execution of Pre- commissioning and Commissioning activities for the assigned Area/System.
