We are looking for active, positive, and flexible Senior Business Development Executives preferable with previous experience in the training and coaching industry.Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.Plan approaches and batches.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential clients.Participate in pricing the solution/service.Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.Identify and mapping business strengths and customer needs.Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.Draft and review contracts.Report on successes and areas needing improvements.Drafting proposals according to the client's needs.Setting up meetings online or offline.Managing quotations and invoices for the client.Coordinating with the finance department for payment collections.Creating monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.Proactively and diligently closing deals in order to overachieve or achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
