·                    Issuing and following up daily passengers transferring schedule.

·                    Issuing and following up the monthly passengers transferring schedule.

·                    Organizing and monitoring the movement of daily transport.

·                    Organizing and monitoring the movement of driver.

·                    Testing and examining new drivers.

·                    Ascertain the validity of driver’s license.

·                    Organizing and following up the movement lines of the vehicles.

·                    Recording of the breakdown time for each vehicle every month.

·                    Coordinate and do errands for the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

Follows procedure in handing over / receiving vehicles to / from driver / entitled employees upon  request/ vacation and cancellation
