§ Administer and follow-up the execution of all translation activities within department.

§ Create and develop translations tools (Translation Memories, style guides, and glossaries) and develop efficient workflows for maximizing the use of these resources.

§ Monitor manifest, manual and material of products translation in B.TECH from English to Arabic & vice versa.

§ Assure understanding of the meaning and context of that content and making sure to preserve the original meaning.

§ Coordinate with content creation and product teams to ensure that language requirements are understood and supported, both from technical and linguistic perspectives.

§ Recommend and authorize Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation.

§ Recommend specialist dictionaries of term base, thesauruses and reference books to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used.

§ Revise translation of different types of documents and ensuring that the final version of the translated text is grammatically correct and well-expressed.

§ Check Proofreading Arabic and English text at B.TECH online presence in translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy.

§ Use translation memory software such as, memoQ, and SDL Trados, to ensure consistency of translation within documents and help efficiency.

§ Revise content with an eye toward maintaining its original format as font and structure.
