Establish, develop, maintain business relationships, and foster company image through periodic visits to current and prospective customers.Provide market feedback to management and participate in new product development and launch.Coordinate new product launch activities including product specifications, costing and pricing, sourcing and marketing.Identify and develop new business opportunities.Develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations and technical presentations.Provide customers with technical support and information regarding their projects technical inquiries.Prepare and submit various reports covering projects schedules, progress reports and customers visits to the line Manager.Coordinate customer deliveries and installations with the factory operations and keep customers updated with projects progress.Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.Other duties as assigned.
