Responsibilities:-

\[ Act as a main focal point for clients against all their requirements, demands, etc.

\[ Supervise all the operational activities within assigned project sites/locations, maintaining customer satisfaction but in a cost-effective manner.

\[ Build & maintain a strong relationship to Project client(s) and be always customer-oriented.

\[ Monitor all vendor/supplier performance against supplied services, control, and monitor to report the same to FM-Operations manager.

\[ Frequently paying site visits for review, audit, inspection, and monitor of the services provided to the client. Review action items and facilitate action in a timely manner.

\[ Lead the team of manpower assigned on his project site(s), guide, train, and monitor their performance.

\[ Maintaining updated record for equipment/assets movement mob & de-mob, the maintenance history.
