• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
• Complete make-ready process of production lines and equipment.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
• Schedule and complete the "Preventive Maintenance Program"
• Coordinate special projects with vendors/contractors as directed by the Maintenance & Project Manager
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors
• Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled
• Carry cell mobile as required for on-call maintenance
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
• Responsible for alerting the Maintenance & Project Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur
• Ensure Workplace Safety Standards are used.

Job Requirements



• Able to communicate clearly in Arabic & English and write simple English
• Able to perform general electrical knowledge in wiring, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances
• Plumbing knowledge includes the ability to repair plumbing leaks, breaks, clogged lines and drains and maintain septic systems
• Maths skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide each unit of measurement
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Service-oriented

• مسؤول عن إكمال جميع طلبات خدمة الصيانة كما تم تحديدها من قبل المدير المباشر.
• استكمال عملية التجهيز لخطوط الإنتاج والمعدات.
• الحفاظ على مخزون قطع الغيار والقطع اللإستهلاكية وذلك لضمان السيطرة على الكلف.
• جدولة وتأسيس "برنامج الصيانة الوقائية."
• تنسيق احتياجات المشاريع مع البائعين / المقاولين حسب توجيهات مدير الصيانة والمشاريع.
• المساعدة في مراقبة جميع الأعمال التي يقوم بها المقاولون الخارجيون.
• مسؤول عن خدمات الصيانة في حالات الطوارئ لمدة 24 ساعة .
• حمل الهاتف الخلوي دائماً ليكون جاهزاً للصيانة عند الطلب.
• مراقبة وصيانة الأبنية والمعدات.
• مسؤول عن تنبيه مدير الصيانة والمشاريع لأي مشكلة أو ضرر غير عادي قد حدث أو قد يحدث.
• ضمان استخدام معايير السلامة في مكان العمل.

متطلبات العمل

• القدرة على التواصل بوضوح باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية والكتابة الإنجليزية البسيطة
• الإلمام بالدوائر الكهربائية العامة والأسلاك والمقابس والكابلات ودوائر الطاقة والأجهزة.
• افلمام بمبادئ الميكانيكا والآلات.
• المعرفة بالسباكة والقدرة على إصلاح تسربات السباكة والفواصل والخطوط المسدودة والمصارف وصيانة أنظمة الصرف الصحي
• مهارات الرياضيات بما في ذلك القدرة على الجمع والطرح والضرب والقسمة على كل وحدة قياس
• مستعد للتعلم والتركيز على إنهاء مهامه على الوجه المطلوب.
