Work closely alongside designers, patter cutters, and buyers

Oversee every stage of garment production, from design to manufacture

Responsible of own accounts, and maybe assisting the senior technician

Involve in choosing the correct fabric and make sure production remains within the budget

Follow fit comments and size specs and meticulous in updating paperwork relating to amended garments

Maintain and improve quality standards of all products, ensuring the quality meets the company and customer requirement

Must have a comprehensive understanding of balance in all aspects of pattern construction in order to apply these principles at all times
