Our client is a leading multinational FMCG company. They are now seeking to recruit a 'DTE Technical Executive' in their offices in Beirut. 

Responsibilities:

-  Run DTE backend platform:

-Maintain retailer DB

-Maintain and develop front end for DTE through SalesForce builder

-Execute tasking and audiencing according to business needs

-Reporting of DTE for all stakeholders

-Support in access management for field and BO teams

-Support in technical issues through global ticketing system

-  HTML emailer creation:

-Develop HTML emailer for consumer ECRM based on visuals and directions

-Run and support ECRM campaigns with digital team

-  Reporting on Power BI and on Odoo:

-Able to create multiple system reports from Odoo backend

-Maintain current dashboard/reports on Power BI

-Able to create new dashboards and reports on Power BI based on KPIs list shared

-Maintain and develop data schema for reporting and develop/add new calculated fields
