- Monitor rider hygiene before, during & after shift.
- Provide hourly updates & report to operations.
- Coordinate with operational on day to day situations.
- To be proactive and report rider / customer issues to rider manager.
- First time responders of delays, cancellation etc.
- Inspection of motorbike/cars & riders/drivers.
- Inspection of random cash in hand + PPE, Bike etc.
