The Telemarketing Associate needs to deliver prepared sales talk to generate interest in products and services. The Associate may also be engaged to conduct CATI and data cleansing activities from time to time.Duties/Responsibilities:Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or servicesRecord names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contactedInfluences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product informationMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsMaintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by managementMaintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changesContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
