Job Purpose Ensure effective business performance across Bingo through developing and delivering annual and strategic supply chain plan including development plans that measures, and controls risks and contributes to Bingo’s achievement of its strategic goals.Develop & structure the supply chain department. Develop the supply chain policy and procedures.Direct all aspects of supply chain activities (procurement, logistics, stores and inventory) Develop the supply chain strategy in line with the organization’s overall strategy.Leads the development and design of new work processes initiatives in the supply chain areaLeads and directs the implementation of newly developed work processes.Participate with the HC Manager in the development of the KPIs of the supply chain team.Assess performance indicators and take appropriate actions to ensure schedule, cost and quality goals are met.Develop budgets and resource plans; monitor performance to achieve part delivery and cost requirements.Commitment with all supply chain members to support continuing improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance. Develop a mechanism for evaluating the company’s suppliers and distributors to ensure they meet Bingo’s standards of quality, delivery time, etc.Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner. Understand customer forecasts and demands; ensure that products can meet demand. Set inventory policy and design inventory management tools to minimize stockholdings and maximize available working capitalMonitor operational performance and prepare written reports to the Management Director explaining the effectiveness of the supply chain process and any recommendations for improvement.Oversee staff training.Oversee and direct the scrap selling activities.
