1. Assist the clients in viewing properties and provided amenities in a positive, friendly and professional manner.

2. Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, amenities, measurements of each units, etc)

3. Assess the needs, preferences and profile of the prospect clients.

4. Negotiate effectively the leasing terms and conditions and close deals

5. Follow SOP on viewing and negotiations.

6. Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
