To fulfil customer relationship’s requirements, office administrative duties & to provide customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities


1. To provide office support services ( Receiving Calls & responding to queries, Maintaining General Filing System, Petty Cash, Cash Handling, Preparing Invoices, Receipt, statements etc) in order to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in the Outlet. 2. Plan and Assign the Repair Jobs to Indoor & Outdoor team under supervision to have quick attendance to Customer & repair. 3. Follows up for the pending jobs till it is repaired, tested, delivered and closed to achieve high level of Customer satisfaction. 4. Prepare estimate/quotation upon inquiry and coordinate for spare parts and deliveries to convert inquiries into Sales. 5. Monitor availability of spare parts and to inform the concern for ordering, to have optimum stock to carry out the work. 6. To Report delayed and pending calls so that immediate action to be taken as to satisfy the customers. 7. To take stock responsibility in guidance or absence of Supervisors to have smooth operation.


Minimum Requirement


· Higher Secondary School Education ( 10 +2 ) with Fluency in English & Good communication skills · 1 year Diploma in Computer Application with Good Knowledge of MS Office. · 3 years Experience in Customer Service Field · Bilingual will be advantageous. · Capable to work independently and can handle Multitask under pressure.
