Working in a team with other generalist accountants responsible for various tasks, such as AR / AP reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation, petty cash, inventory and inventory audits. The accountant will be responsible to ensure all entries into the General Ledger are correct and do day-to-day bookkeeping. The candidate must have experience in closing financial years on accounting software and producing financial statements as well as woking along side external auditor and preparing audit files. The accountant will be required to produce periodic reports and maintain various company dashboards. Further, the accountant will be required to maintain assets register sheet and employee benefit sheets and update them periodically. Other tasks will also include various admin tasks as required by management and preparing payments.
