Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.Analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to construction Manager for approval prior to execution at site.Resolve Electrical Issues.Experienced in Access control, fire alarm, public address, CCTV, and Telephone & data systems.Ensure that samples and catalogs are approved before implementation and ensure the quality of the work that the contractor is performing according to the drawings, codes and industry principles.Organizing periodic meetings with contractors to solve any problems or technical obstacles in the presence of the owner’s representative.Supervising the implementation of the necessary tests for the work stages.Receive and review the detailed drawings submitted by the contractor and give an opinion on them.Financial follow-up, review and approval of the monthly abstracts prepared by the contractor.Handing over the works of the project in primary and final terms.Preparing the monthly photocopied follow-up reports of the project for submission to the owner.
