  • Handle all sorts of queries relating to our products and services 
  • Listen attentively to support, offer solutions and alternatives
  • Establish and maintain complete complaint files and databases for all customer complaints, according to established company procedures
  • Complaints may include complaints by product type, reason for complaint, customer, or specific time periods. 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 
  • Resolve customer’s inquiries within a timely manner
  • Handle and follow up on customers’ complaints
  • Value customer experience job requirements
  • report all root causes and suggesting corrective actions
