Responsible for the full recruitment cycle: Reviews and filters applications against job requirements to establish a meaningful pool of candidates for interviewing and selection. Conducts HR interviews with selected candidates and provide recommendations. Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms. Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels. Coordinates the interviewing process with the client and ensures that applicant feedback is received in line with the recruitment policy job requirements. Promote the company's reputation. Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager.
