The person who handle this position will be located in AbuSimple managing operations related to one of the project in Toshka.The person should manage operations related to digital transformation of agriculture project delivery that includes Servers & Equipments installation and field operations & activities within one of the Mega farms.Provide inspired leadership for the organization.Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.Supervise field technicians and manage all field activities.Interact with customer side stakeholders on daily/weekly basis to handle their requirements and update the project progress.Meet customer side management on weekly basis to deliver project updates.Interact with company management in Cairo on daily basis to update progress.Support worker communication with the management team.Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
