Investigate, recommend and install new applications. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. Document application problems and resolutions for future reference. Scheduling and running regular tests to enhance the current systems and application Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Analyze application design, implement them and build activities Ensure stability, integration and integrity of production systems Responsible for operational support personnel and system administrator for application upgrades and patches Coordinate and provide assistance for interface maintenance and support Stay regularly in loop with the department managers, directors, end-users, system managers regarding projects, application issues and provide resolutions to troubleshooting issues Create technical support documentation and keep it updated Develop scripts as well as test plans and maintain them Assist with the maintenance, installation, upgrades and testing of software for the users. Troubleshoot and assist with various web and enterprise applications and resolve various server and application issues Formulate objectives along with the system scope to modify or develop complex designs of the system Plan & support with the hardware team for hardware upgrades, installation and maintenance. Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and integration between different software systems. Follow up on a ticket SLA’s Communicate with vendors and suppliers. Responsible for assessing new vendors support model. Responsible for communication with third party and second line support.
