Marketing Automation Account Manager A qualified candidate should have hands-on inbound marketing knowledge and platform management experience with one of the leading platforms - Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud and/or Hubspot. Primary responsibilities include producing content, implementation and deployment of promotional and relationship email and digital marketing communications, ensuring tracking and performance assessment on all campaigns and journeys. Duties and Responsibilities:Certification in any or all of the following platforms is preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Hubspot. Experience in Journey mapping is preferred. Drive the creation of effective dynamic email campaigns/journeys and related landing pages Work with client and its CRM team to map personalized journeys through Journey Builder Focus on subscriber segmentation, execution of tests including SPAM, browser and A/B Preparing final subscriber lists, and schedule the deployment Lead definition and implementation of technical and business related communication needs Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve Keep pace with new CRM/Cloud application features and enhancements Demonstrate capabilities to internal business units to promote awareness Actively communicate the impact and effect of future releases to the marketing team Document processes and workflow Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination of tools and database queries Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of email deployments Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion
