Manage and maintain the company’s materials and product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to the company’s procedures.Provide routine management information on inventory performance.Produce weekly reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved.Ensure accuracy of inventory counts, analyze results, book-to-physical reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve issues through the use of root-cause analysis.Enter purchase details (vendors’ information, invoices, and pricing) into internal databases.Track all shipments and address any delays.Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures for inventory transactions.Manage the local inventory system by processing change of prices and change of season transactions.Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure the system is up to date with stock levels, and note any discrepancies upon receipt of shipments.Analyze actual purchasing/shipping costs and prepare periodic reports.Maintain stock analysis reports for warehouses.
