Investigate the site and establish fixed control points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.Direct surveyors to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.Prepare, or supervise the preparation of, all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.Adjust surveying instruments to maintain their accuracy and perform periodical professional maintenance and calibration to equipment.Supervise ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.Present daily report to the management with the surveying progress and comments.Monitor team performance and ensure all members are using the appropriate safety tools.
