Selling e-cards products to enterprise customers in the assigned segment and achieving revenue targets.Identifying, qualifying and quantifying all opportunities within assigned segment.Understanding client’s objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes and forming long term business partnerships.Proposing solutions and addressing challenges with current and potential business clients in the assigned sector. Negotiating deals, maintaining positive and mutually advantageous communication with key stakeholders externally and internally. Monitoring the sales revenue, and initiating corrective action where required.Building a comprehensive database of current and potential customers. Identifying customers’ needs, developing customers’ focused programs aiming at meeting and exceeding customers’ needs through developing personalized relationship. Handling customers complaints and coordinating with concerned stakeholders to resolve all possible problems. Preparing different kinds of reports that present a clear and continuously updated status related to the sales / business development activities in his assigned sector.
