About the Job

• Monitor stock levels & identify purchasing needs.


• Researching potential vendors.


• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.


• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.


• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.


• Review quality of purchased products.


• Receive the receiving requests from site engineers to release the required material


• Follow up the filing system regard warehouse documents


• Follow up the cleanliness of the warehouse facility and the tidiness of Martial.


• Follow up the security of the stores whether health and safety and the security precautions
