Follows all relevant procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in the plant to ensure continuity of work. Operates more than one machine under close supervision while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets. Enters data on SAP and paper systems pertaining to manufacturing orders (MOs) and packaging standards (PSs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Troubleshoots and investigates more complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operations. Receives on-the-job training from higher levels to ensure compliance with the set guidelines and SOPs. Communicates internally with other departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs. Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
