Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or ticketing system Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
