About the Job
Responsibilities:

 Responsible for day-to-day activities of the Technology functions, with primary emphasis on support, system and network initiatives, along with leading the team activities to provide such services. 

- Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals

- provide guidance and direction to the operations and support team members ensuring pro-active monitoring of systems and network performance, performs various support functions, including business continuity readiness, disaster recovery setup and drills management.

- Provide high quality and responsive IT infrastructure in terms of reliability, availability, performance and support, within defined areas of responsibility that meets SLAs

- Design, implement and maintain all LAN/WAN activities including vendor negotiations, hardware/software selection, resolving connectivity issues, and vendor escalation

- Assist other areas of Information Technology related to the acquisition, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis and training of computer systems

- Scheduling of hardware maintenance activities and system tests to ensure the effectiveness of the hardware and software in use

- Effectively administer, test, and enhance enterprise-wide Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery and business continuity plans

- Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements in line with strategic priorities

Managing the team:

- Evaluate the team’s performance based on the KPIs

- Set the team’s objectives and develop the team members

- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.IT
