·          Technical education in Instrumentation / Electronic subjects.

·          Experience in repair & maintenance of various Electronic & Pneumatic control Instrumentation.

·          Experience in Routine, Corrective & Preventive Maintenance / schedules.

·          Experience in Control instruments such as DCS, PLCs, Controllers, Transmitters, Control Switches, Solenoid valves, Detectors, Alarms, and Control Panels etc.

·          Experience in Fire Fighting System and Emergency Break down system.

·          Experience with packing lines, Troubleshooting in problems.

·          Basic safety training.

·          Good computer skills.

Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of building mechanical equipment (e.g. water pumps, man lift, weighbridge), and mechanical equipment within the logistics facility.

·         Responsible for maintaining power supply in all packaging lines such as bagging machine, palletizer, and conveyors.

·         Maintain, align, and repair all machines and installations within the site.

·         Ensure work permits are secured and applied prior to carrying-out maintenance activity.

·         Reporting of non-compliances or any abnormalities during any maintenance activities.

·         To maintain the equipment cleanliness and ensure that housekeeping is implemented across all maintenance workshops.

·         To assist and perform all mechanical works.

·         Perform Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.

·         Perform repair and fabrication such as welding and grinding activities.

·         Maintaining job cards on all maintenance and repairs conducted.

·         To identify problem areas and advise immediate supervisors accordingly.

·         Maintain logs of required repairs and maintenance conducted.

 

·         Responsible for maintaining power supply in all packaging lines such as bagging machine, palletizer, and conveyors.

·         Maintaining, calibrating, and repairing of all machines and installations within the site.

·         Ensure work permits are secured and applied prior to carrying-out maintenance activity.

·         Reporting of non-compliances or any abnormalities during any maintenance activities.

·         Assist machine operators in running machines and installations.

·         Preventive & Corrective maintenance of electronic & instrumentation equipment.

·         Monitoring & Maintenance of control instruments such as Distribution Control system (DCS), PLCs, Controllers,

·         Transmitters, Limit & Proximity Switches, Pneumatic Cylinders, Solenoid valves, Control panels.

Responsible for scale calibration e.g. Bagging Scale, Metal Calibration, and Check Weigher.
·         Monitoring & Maintenance of Gas detectors, Fire Fighting systems, Alarms and Emergency shutdown system.

·         Problem-solving during operational difficulties.

·         Follow Safe work procedures and ensure safe practices.

·         Assist machine operators in running machines and installations.

·         Controlled use of the spare parts & assist in spare parts inventory audit.
