Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tacticsDevelop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standardsSupervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidanceServe as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unionsReport to Board members by analyzing data and using HR metricsDesign compensation and benefits packagesManage performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceImplement and oversee Training activities after TNA processes.Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.Monitor HR department’s budget.Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)Measure employee retention and turnover ratesManage the recruitment and selection processMaintain pay plan and benefits programReport to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when requiredAnticipate and resolve litigation risksEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementOversee daily operations of the HR departmentOversee the Administration department daily operations
