Main Purpose: Controlling Handheld system & responsible for sales KPIs reporting system. Responsibilities: Following-up on the Handheld system and all related activities. Training sales representatives on hand Handheld and its extracted reports. Following up daily clearance & loading processes for sales team and dealing with all breakdowns. Create, maintain & update Customers databases on SAP & shared files. Prepare daily, weekly & Monthly reports monitoring sales team KPIs (Successful visits, waste, coverage, trucks productivity ... etc.). Monitor the needs and supplies of devices, printing machines, printing papers and the upgrading of new systems. Ensuring sales team are sticking to company uniforms Updating SharePoint files on daily basis.
