Main Duties:Answering clients' phone calls and taking notes from the calls.Writing phone call recaps after calls and emailing them to clients. Serving clients through all types of emails and communicating with them through Social Media.Serving clients through meetings, taking notes and writing meeting recap emails. Sending clients quotations from the agency's Google Drive as needed.
