Handle, troubleshoot, operation and configuration of customer Core & LAN network Core Mobile IP/MPLS backbone devices contains:Juniper routers (M120, M320, MX960 &T640), Cisco router ASR9K, Huawei routers (NE40, NE5000), Ericsson routers (Smart Edge).LAN network for each Core site which contains the Mobile Core nodes including Juniper switches (EX8208), Huawei Switches and Extreme switches.Handling Customer IGWs and make sure of balanced traffic distribution over international circuits and making sure that all the prefixes are accurately backed up.Preforming MPLS traffic engineering to ensure balanced traffic distribution among core linksSolving any strange behaviours, logs appeared on the core routers and switches and opening cases if needed with different vendor TACs (Juniper – Cisco - Huawei – Extreme).Performing S/W upgrades for Customer’s Juniper routers and SwitchesPreparing & implementing the required configuration to integrate new Mobile node (GGSN, SGSN, MGW, RNC, and BSC….etc.)Interact and coordinate with Customer-Planning teams to implement new IP solutions.Preforming IP configuration audit & IP Network Optimization solutions to ensure the service quality & improve network performance.Sharing and transferring knowledge, and mentor other members of the team where vital.Holding Operations Meetings with customer to fulfil customer needs.Running Customer Telco Cloud Infrastructure including following Tasks:Support and manage Linux and OpenStack in both production and pre-production environments for Customer network.Administrate & Manage large scale Infrastructure and perform Acceptance test for CEE (Cloud Execution Environment) Devices which Includes (Juniper MX DC GW Routers - SPINE/LEAF NRU Data Switches - EAS Control Switches - CRU 0101 Computes)Upgrading and handling OpenStack services.High availability and backup for Open stack cloud system.Dealing with internal teams, open source partners and vendors to apply changes that match customer needs.Take ownership of operational incidents and new services implementation.Diagnose, troubleshoot or Resolve hardware, software or other network, systems problems, and replace defective components when necessary.Creating internal Knowledge Bases for information sharing purposes.
