Control the program schedule and perform schedule(s)’ development(s).Prepare the planning risks including the critical path of different activities and their impact on overall Program schedule along with corrective action.Study the impacts of any delays on the overall time schedule of the program including the required corrective actions and mitigation measures.Monitor the program implementation to ensure timely and successful progress of the program plans.Analyze the submitted schedule from the contractor for reasonableness of network logic, durations, the occurrence of float, completeness, appropriates levels of detail, and the identification of the critical paths.Identify the dependencies of these activities, the sequencing of the processes, and the Duration of each activity as provided and/or as agreed upon with the concerned partiesReview the schedule submitted by the contractor to assure that schedule meets the milestone   required by the contract. Designer, contractor or subcontractor depending on the available resources and productivity.Assure that each new schedule reflects the changed work situation, and incorporates any-approved time extensions.Document and report on the progress of the time schedule specifying updates.Evaluate deviations from initial schedule and report any observed deviations along with the corrective actions.
