• Manage the various accounts and sales with the existing and potential accounts e.g. telecom operators • Plan and execute new business opportunities and their deployment • Ensure efficient delivery of services including management of operator resources, service providers, talents and clients • Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely collection and disbursement of payments and management of operational escalations • Provide technical insights and recommendations on development and deployment of VAS • Develop service agreements and Terms of Reference for clients and service providers • Generate revenue from the customers at operator level and achieve targeted business growth numbers • Track competition for respective accounts • Generate revenue from the customers at operator level and achieve targeted business growth numbers • Track competition for respective accounts
