A Senior Business Analyst will actively work with customers to understand and analyze business needs, gather and document those business and system requirements. The system analyst will define the system functional requirements through the use of UML. The Senior Business Analyst will manage more than one project at a time. Interact extensively with external or internal client Understand and collect information on existing or proposed systems Determine integration points with existing or new systems Identify options for potential solutions and assess them with the client for business suitability Translate client requirements into highly specified system briefs Analyze the information to develop system functions and modules Develop software requirements specifications document which should encompass detailed definition of the requirements, the system functions/ modules and the use cases Present the requirements to the client in order to obtain sign off on the written documentation Work closely with the development and usability team to make sure the client requirements are clearly understood and met Plan and work flexibly with the multiple project managers towards multiple deadlines with minimal supervision Mentor and/or assist junior systems analysts with their tasks Work offshore with remote clients
