Hatour Consulting sister company of Alpinapharm GmbH is actively seeking a new Project Coordinator. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our new team. The Project Coordinator is a collaborative team member who helps achieve project goals. Reporting to the COO, the Project Coordinator will coordinate key company operations. The Project Coordinator will: Provide administrative support related to the project, including tracking and monitoring project activities (obtaining data, data management, following results, distributing and archiving of documents) Provide operational support to COO and CAO Provide administrative, project management and system-related support Distribute and follow up of training activities Prepare and track complaint, deviation and change control reports Organise weekly and monthly meetings related to company organisation and KPI status Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and presentations related to the reports Distribute tasks between the teams and team members Prepare weekly graphics for team members and monitoring employees’ attendance at work (upon request)
