The Mixers is offering a [full time] position for an [Account Executive], reporting to [Account Director/Creative Director] at our office in Nasr City, Cairo. Here are your main job duties as an Account Executive at The Mixers Please read it carefully to make sure that you're familiar with it. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Work closely with production teams and manage escalations to resolve and fix all issues the clients may be facing. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders and prepare reports on account status. Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products online and offline. Research industry-related topics and identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange and conduct business meetings with current and prospective clients. Attend expos and networking events to reach out new clients and represent the company there. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Arrange with third parties (suppliers like photographers, printing houses, event planners…etc) to conduct clients’ requests. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients. Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within a territory. Develop content calendars to clients and promote content on social networks and monitor engagement. Edit and proofread written pieces for clients before publication
