Position Overview About the KHEBRAT Customer Success Specialist: We are a fun, driven and successful company. This position sole focus is delighting and retaining our Autodesk Customers. We do this by ensuring our customers are successfully using their Autodesk software and deriving the maximum benefit from their Autodesk investment and… come back for more! This position will manages all the post sales on-boarding activities; creating adoption and success plans, increasing customer usage and ultimately, manage the renewal of the products. We are a business-critical company: 3 years ago, Autodesk began business transformation move from a perpetual license software company to a Subscription as a Service (SaaS) company. As a SaaS company, renewals are vital. Autodesk depends on our team to drive and grow renewals revenue and retain customers. Our team drives a lot of revenue and is essential to Autodesk’s success. Job Responsibilities Handle all assigned incoming Autodesk activation/onboarding requests. Contact customers by Email/Phone to organize a remote activation meeting. Document policies and procedures based on expertise in specific job areas. Work with programs team to document best practices and workflow, including updating of internal work instructions. Promotes overall customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and renewals. Be the primary driver for customer renewals by engaging customers to drive usage and adoption of our solutions in the onboard, adopt and renew space. Responsible to drive and close renewals within assigned opportunities. Document all customer opportunities and customer activity Ensure subscriber health / Monitoring, usage data, health indicators, renewal dates. Assisting “at-risk customers” with product adoption and problem solving. Translating business challenges into growth opportunities into strategies for success. Providing or scheduling activation and/or product training. Identifying opportunities to expand relationships. Delivering accurate forecasts weekly to ensure our success against plans and targets.
